After five days of continuous negotiations, this morning at 3:00 AM your PAT bargaining team agreed on a settlement framework with our District counterparts.

Significant details remain to be formalized, but we hope to finalize a tentative agreement by Thursday afternoon.

Everyone is understandably anxious to hear more details, and once we’ve hammered out the specifics on Thursday we will spell out the substantial gains we’ve made on salary, workload, safety, and special education supports.

We couldn’t have gotten to this point without the active support of PAT members like you. Whether it was wearing blue on Tuesdays, showing up at School Board meetings, or sending postcards to Districts leaders, your actions and your unity have made all the difference.
