Our Instruction and Professional Development Committee has decided that one of our main goals this year will be to engage central office administrative leaders in a conversation about educators’ experience with the GVC. To that end, we need your feedback about your experience with these elements of the GVC:
- Content
- Order of standards
- Interface/formatting
- Responsiveness to educator feedback
Please join us at our next meeting on Wednesday, October 23rd, 4:30 - 6:30 PM at the PAT office. We will provide dinner. We will be using this time to look at available GVC units and examine what works and what doesn’t from our own perspectives. We are hoping to have educators from a variety of grade levels and subject areas.

The IPD Committee also wants to recognize that PAT members (including members of IPD) have dedicated large amounts of time and careful thought to the development of the GVC. The intention of this meeting and our ongoing goal of engagement is to ensure that educator voice is central as the district makes decisions about our professional practice.
