Over the last 18 months, many of our new hires have missed out on the traditional union welcome that we normally provide. Join us Saturday October 23rd as we reach out to potential members door-to-door, via text, and over the phone.

We know that a personal ask from another educator is the most effective way to get new educators to join PAT. On October 23rd we will focus our energies not just on potential PAT members, but also on new educators living in the Portland metro area who are working in other nearby districts and have not yet joined our state union.
