Conferences 
Conferences are scheduled according to our Return to Work agreement and MOA on the evening of January 11th, and 3 additional 3 hour evenings as defined by the administrator and the building reps. Building Rep teams, please connect with your administrator to ensure the dates work with your building members.

Retro Pay
All PAT Educators should have received their retro pay checks in December, in addition to their regular paychecks. If you did not receive yours, please email PPS payroll directly to get answers specific to your situation. 

We have been informed some members have received checks for $0. Many zero net checks were from an overage stipend retro payment and were due to the additional taxes that each employee setup in their Federal and state tax filing. If you have further questions, please feel free to reach out to PPS payroll directly. 

Performance Evaluations for Probationary Educators - Heads Up!
Probationary educators must be evaluated each year during their 3-year probationary period. The process is described in Article 27 of the PAT/PPS contract and the Educator Handbook for Professional Growth and Evaluation. Performance ratings must align with the PPS Performance Evaluation Rubric and ratings must be based on direct evidence included in the written evaluation.
