Our statewide organization, the Oregon Education Association, is hosting three conflict resolution workshops around the state in 2018, and the closest one in our area will be March 3, 2018 at the Clackamas Uniserv Office.

The workshop will cover the natural instincts people rely on when they disagree over motivations, values, ideas or needs. Participants will learn to recognize their own reactions and how to adopt a more emotionally intelligent response to conflict triggers. Workshop instructor is Tsipora Dimant, Program Coordinator for the Beaverton Dispute Resolution Center, with over twenty years of experience mediating business, workplace, family and neighborhood conflicts
